Billingham Town Centre

Billingham Town Centre in the North East of England in Co. Durham. Built in the 1950's the architect aspect is of concrete pillars & dark passageways. Opened in 1967 by The Queen and Duke of Edinburgh. The new town along with the ICI factory grew 38,000 in the 1970, now in decline.
